Cathy has been a yoga student for over 12 years and she completed her teacher training with Stephanie Starnes and Anusara teacher Sarah Starnes at Elmhurst Yoga Shala. Cathy studies energy work, aromatherapy, holistic wellness, meditation and visualization and she incorporates many of these principles into her yoga classes. She believes that yoga helps to balance self improvement with self acceptance – this leads to more openness, contentment and gratitude for daily life.
